Excellent, but wordy. I'm certain all the information is in there, but sometimes I have to read a selection 2 or 3 times before discovering that I already knew that information.

Excellent tool for witnessing to Roman Catholics. I give them this book so that they can know exactly what it is that they are being told to believe according to the authority of the Roman church so then they can compare church law to the Bible.

The book is used by our Religious Education department of our Church to help with instruction of the youth. I puchased 6 of them as gifts to my Confirmation class. It is the Catechism of their Chuch and they will ue it the rest of their lives.

For Protestants searching for truths about the Catholic(universal) faith, a must read.For Cradle Catholics who've forgotten what they learned as a child in Catholic school, a MUST KNOW! Don't be a Cafeteria-Catholic! Follow the Christ!

A great summation of Christian theology from the early days of the Church, up to the current day.Surely you won't agree with everything it says if you're a Protestant, but you will be surprised with the 75-90% you can agree with. You'll also be surprised at the depth and wisdom stored within this book.Don't be put off by the "Catholic" on the cover. This is a great collection of Christian wisdom.

wow! if you're catholic or not, and you want to know what catholics really believe, this is it. it's way better than what your sisters, friends, brothers, dad's, cousin, (say's) catholics believe. ROME SWEET HOME!
