Group Publishing Rocky Point Lighthouse VBS Starter Kit
Rocky Point VBS is easy for VBS Directors to plan, easy on the church budget, and less demanding of volunteers' time. It's perfect for any size church, including ministries with fewer children. This weekend VBS consists of just two sessions of 2.5 hours each, plus one Sunday celebration to show the whole church what the children learned.

Our smaller church did not need a week-long Bible School. For the last few years, we've done a one-day session. This kit was fantastic. It has two lessons (you could easily add another on your own to go with the theme if doing a 3 day school), lots of activites/craft ideas and a fantastic music cd. I was the director and also the music director; this cd has 5 easy-to-learn but relevant songs....two "classics" that have been updated and three newer contemporary songs. The children loved these songs; and our congregation loved them when we sang them for our commencement! It was just what we needed since we don't have the budget that a larger church might have. The books are easy to understand and easily adaptable to your situation. I highly recommend this set!

From the moment I began studying for vbs, I knew this product was awesome. When we began vbs all of the children loved it. Our church has never done vbs before this year and after purchasing this material I would recommend it to any church who hasn't held vbs before.

This was my first experience with Group's weekend VBS materials-I was greatly impressed. Everything you need to have a great VBS is planned out for you--to every detail.

The starter kit has everything one would need to ensure what you will need to order more of. Also it has everything we needed for our small church to have it's first VBS in over 10 years. We are looking forward to using Rocky Point Lighthouse to help build the youth in our church.
