Some really good ideas for activities and well-defined program for group meetings. I would recommend this to anyone who is leading a large retreat or weekly sessions with a number of girls. I taught a class with only a couple of girls, and I found that there was not as much for that kind of situation.

I love how up-front this book is and how it pertains to teenagers today! It is SO practical, and makes you think twice about giving any part of yourself away. It made me think, "Hey! Maybe a kiss does mean something! You only have one first kiss!"
