I purchased the first DVD for the Beginning Life Together: "God's purposes for your life". What an answer to prayer!!! I felt led to start a small group, it was going to be a "couples" group and I didn't feel, as a woman, that I should be leading the group. The Lord literally told me, when I was praying and trying to figure out how to resolve this dilemma, to use DVD's.
I can't remember if I had ordered the DVD before or after the Lord had spoke to me (as it was on sale and sounded interesting). But when it came, WOW, it was just what I was looking for!!! I have watched every lesson and and all the helps and worship songs that go with this study. IT IS AWESOME!!! And just what the Lord ordered! And the best part is there are people, authors, pastors, etc. that do the teaching and the questions are on the screen, the worship songs are on the screen with the words and visual scenery to go with it. The whole thing is WONDERFUL and if you are wanting to start a small group I recommend this highly!!!

This was so disappointing, the description wasn't even close to what you actually are purchasing. I thought I had gotten taken for a ride.

I ordered this for my newly engaged nephew and his fiancee From the title I thought it was for that purpose--starting married life. I'm sure it's a good study, but not what I needed, and would cost more than I paid to send it back. I order from CBD a lot, and am almost always happy with my order, so just have to write this one off, I guess.
