I would have like to give a great review but I just couldn't. The quality was not the best in that it was hard to understand some of the things the people where saying esp. Wesley. The content was less than fair. It was just a disappointment.

This video was used to introduce a study of Wesleyan beliefs and practices. It was very helpful in getting everyone off on the same track and also helped understand how and why some practices of Methodist and other Wesleyan-based churches developed.

John Wesley's life is honestly presented with clarity about his more human aspects and his GODly qualities.
This is a great addition for any student of the Protestant Reformation and for any student of Christian discipleship.

I really enjoyed this movie. It seems to have drawn closely from the Wesley's journals. I had hoped to make this a family movie, but it would not hold my children's attention. For them, it was boring. However, I really liked it and highly recommend it.

A new perspective on John Wesley's life and search for his own salvation. It is not dramatic when he felt his 'heart strangely warmed', as done by earlier producers. Very suitable for adults.
