This book is the best defence for infant baptism I have ever read. Matthew Henry shows God's great love for childrenfrom a biblical, experiential covenantal perspective. Actually, the title does not do justice to the book because it's about much more than family religion.

There is great wisdom straight from Our Lord with this Matthew Henry. Every family should have one. The chapter on children is especially good. We remember "suffer the little children to come unto me."
