We are using this for our small group study. Very thought provoking - good discussion evolves out of the questions in the book.

I like the set-up of these studies, with the reflections, devotions, application, and journaling sections. Having two translations of each Scripture passage for the lessons helps the students to gain further insight, and to enrich the meaning.

This was horrible. I had high expectations of a Max study even though I have never done one. He does not encourage one to research in the Bible and pulls "truths" from things he has written instead of the Bible. HORRIBLE. Read the Bible instead of this study. I quit after a few weeks and threw it in the trash.
