I love that I can sit down with my children and read these short devotions with them each day. The bible verse is nice, and the songs and prayers are wonderful too. These are great for small children because they are short enough that they don't have to sit still for an extended amount of time, but yet they also get to the point quickly, and make for nice discussion about the Lord. I'm very pleased with this book.

This is the only theological book I am aware of for children (outside of the Bible). Trinity, sin, heaven, salvation, creation, etc. Adults will learn lots by teaching their children. Get this book for your kids, grandkids, gift to new parents, etc.

This is a great devotion!!! We do it as a family; we have four girls raging from age 2-7. this is the perfect length and the topics are straight simple and biblical. It has been easy for all of us to grasp and hold the knowledge. We love the questions at the end, and we have a laugh trying to make a melody to the song at the end. Even my youngest daughter sits and listens and even is starting to echo the prayer with the rest of the girls!!! Great great book!!

This book is a little treasure to pass on the doctrine to the little ones! I'm a Sunday school teacher and it is really useful for me. Each lesson of this book is short and clear and it covers a specific subject of the doctrine. I recommend it to everyone!

I am using this book with my 4 year old and 3 year old. My 4 year old has already memorized the first two memory verses. My 3 year old is able to understand the questions.

I absolutely adore this book. I got it many years ago, when I first started homeschooling. We were using Sonlight then and this was a required book. I have read it to every child (I have six) and they all love it. It's very easy to understand. The stories are quick reads and really get my children to thinking. I really love the little prayer at the end of each passage. I highly recommend this book!

My 6 and 7 year old children and I have just started this daily devotional book. I really like the way it helps children learn about God. It helps children understand God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It progresses through Jesus coming to earth as a baby and on to Jesus coming again. Most importantly, it discusses how and why we must ask Jesus to come into our hearts. There are 84 different lessons. What a great way to start summer vacation!

This book is an answer to prayer! We used this book as part of our Bible lessons for our homeschool. It is written in a way that children can learn about God and His love for us. My 7 year old son gave his heart to Jesus while we were going through this book. I believe every home should have a copy of this book. I plan to give it as a gift for baby showers or baby dedication gifts.

This book was an answer to prayer. I have a six year old and a three year old, and I was looking for a tool to teach my children about God at the same time. The material in this book is deep enough to spiritually feed my six year old, but basic enough not to bore my three year old. It seems like a contradiction, but it amazingly isn't. I love that the book follows a progression from the fact that everyone is looking for God all the way up to how we find Him. I would highly recommend this book to moms with preschoolers that they want to include in Bible time! The memory verses are a plus for anyone that wants to make Bible memory a part of their family time!

This is the best devotional book ever written for little children. Only Ken Taylor's Devotions for the Children's Hour comes close. Both are excellent instructional books in doctrine for young children. I recommend it as a gift for all newborns.

This is a great devotional book for kids. I find most kids devotional books to be cheesy. This one is written in a way that grabs kids attention, shares a Bible story in a very natural way, shows the kids how to apply it to their lives. My kids enjoy our time reading from this book, and I feel like as they listen they are growing in their knowledge of the Bible and how to use it in their lives.

This book is a wonderful blessing and tool in teaching the smallest of children about Almighty God, our Creator and the Savior of the world. My 4 year old loves for me to read to him as he learns and grows spiritually. Truly makes the attributes of God come alive! Written on a level where small children are interested and growing!

This is a wonderful resource. I used it when teaching a New Believer's class for 5-6 year olds at church. It is very well laid out and written at a level a child can understand. She also supplements the sections with hymns. The kids and I enjoyed the book very much.

It is a wonderful book. Helps a parent teach the word on a child's level while incorporating thought and prayer. I purchased this book for my daughter when she was about 3 years old. She is now 38 years old and using that same book with her children. Her 3 year old calls it his "God book" and insists that she read it every night to him.

This is systematic theology for tiny children. A complete devotional to be read to the smallest of children. Covenant conscious heads of households will find this a gem. Unique for it's age level.
