Exactly the encouragement and lists I needed

Meg Meeker's books never disappoint. Each chapter of this book ends with a list of "Ways to Make the Habit Stick" that show you how to incorporate each habit into your life. I've had struggles with feeling down and this book has helped me tremendously in figuring out what's causing those feelings as a Mom and how to fight them. It's a lot to swallow in one sitting, I recommend pacing yourself - one chapter a week was about the right pace for me. I plan to purchase these for my girlfriends as mother's day gifts :)
