I believe this is a great book for small group leaders for two reasons. First, it encourages small groups to have biblical values by which the health of the small group is measured. Second, it encourages small groups to make sure they are balancing these values in their group life and not focusing on one value over another. This is a great book to encourage the health of the small group you lead or are in.
