There is nothing more valuable to a writer at the beginning of their career than a personal coach. In this book, Susan Titus Osborn takes that role and guides the writer through all the important aspects of the writing profession. How to do research, common grammatical pitfalls, writing for children, secrets of effective interviewing, and short stories are only a few of the numerous topics covered. Perfect for the beginner and ideal as a refresher for the professional, this is a tremendous addition to any writer's library.

I learned so much from this book about the process of getting my book ready to send to a publisher. I had already taken 2 writing classes, but my teacher did not know anything about getting a book published. This book said the same thing about the actual writing, plus gett ready to send to a publisher. I also read Lynne Spears book where I saw this process published. So, i hope to get my own project launched soon.
