Preachers often use Scripture passages to launch their sermons---but are they remaining true to God's message? Leading you step-by-step through the Whiting system of homiletics, the authors show how to discover the God-intended meaning of a variety of biblical literature and translate it into an effective, powerful sermon. Includes illustrations, diagrams, and study questions. 352 pages, softcover from Nelson.

Great book! Wayne House always makes sure he covers all basis. I recommend this book to those who may not have the money or time to take a preaching/hermeneutics class & those who need a refresher/beginners course for preaching/teaching.
