This is my second dvd from the "Prevention" series. I really enjoy them. You can do the full 30 minutes or any one of the three 10 minutes sessions (which is how I start some mornings). Great tips at the end of the program also.

This is a wonderful way to work out and you can build up your strength while learning some dance routines too.
