Ellie observed it all in fascination. These people had been working hard for hours without rest.-her own fatigue could vouch for that--and now they were taking the time to appreciate the idyllic summer evening. No computers or phones with which to contend, no rushing around; just being there together smelling the perfume of the summer flowers. Ellie was still a stranger, but she could see how appealing this lifestyle could be...and it could not be more different from her own life. Maybe a week of this lifestyle would drive her crazy, but for this moment she was grateful she had come to this place.

this book is great! it kept my interest so much that it was hard to put it down. finished it in 1 and 1/2 days! would recommend it to anyone!!! its a gotta have book!
