I bought this series for my husband as a Father's day gift. He couldn't put them down! Since he was enjoying them so much I decided to read them as well. They were very good! I also enjoyed the little bits of history that were included.

I bought the whole series and have only read the 1st book so far. It was good, but I was a little disappointed to realize that the whole series wasn't connected with the same characters.
