As with all Max Lucado books, this is not only inspirational but easy to read and comprehend. I ordered this book because our church is being reorganized into a new and independent Christian church. For us who are the leaders of the task force, we need all the inspiration we can get to do this challenging task of starting new beginnings well. It's amazing how Mr. Lucado can make ordinary thoughts extraordinary. May God continue to enable him to continue writing what the Holy Spirit wants him to do.

Ordered several for graduation gifts. Was disappointed and returned all of them. Contains excerpts from other books of the author and I would not call it a devotional. Is shallow in content. Each reading contains just a couple of paragraphs and little scripture. Does not provide enough spiritual substance to qualify in my estimation as a devotional. Returned them all and purchased "Don't Waste Your Life" by John Piper to give as gifts instead which isn't a devotional either but will be more substantive in content.
