This book is excellent. The twists in it are typical of Dekker, he really leaves you hanging to read the next one. For all fans of the circle you won't be disappointed.

My 15 year old son reads these books as fast as I can find them. He has also got his younger brothers interested in them, so I am pleased.

This is not my kind of book at all, however, I have not been able to put this book nor the rest of the series down. Ted Dekker has a way in all of his books (that I have read so far) of holding you until you final find out how the story is going to end. GREAT WRITER..

I like Dekker, but lately I've been disappointed with his books. He's beginning to pill LaHaye and Jenkins' maneuvers where the ending of the book is rushed through without completion and he makes you want to read the next one with the anticipation that there will be closure, but there is none that is noteworthy. I don't like feeling like I'm being milked for my money or attention. Both books together (Lunatic and Elyon) made me say.."was the whole story about the general? So, what about dealing with a couple of really important issues you left untouched? No. I guess there will be another book with the same drivel." I want my money back. For both books!
