The minister of education plays an increasingly important role in helping churches and their members grow and mature. In The Effective Minister of Education, Jerry Stubblefield draws on his personal experience to provide a thorough examination of this crucial area of church leadership. Dr. Stubblefield defines the role by examining the qualifications, calling, educational requirements and rewards of the job. He also provides practical guidance on such subjects as how to get started as a minister of education and how to navigate the maze of personal relationships with church leaders, staff, volunteers, and individual members.

This was an excellent insight to the position of the minister of religious education. It was comprehensive and insightful to novice as well as seasoned staff, pastor, and church leadership. I would highly recommend this book.
