Cinedigm Entertainment Holdings 48 Angels, DVD

Seamus is a 9-year-old boy who's been diagnosed with a serious illness. In search of a miracle, he sets off to find God---in a small boat without oars or a sail. Along the way he encounters James and Darry. When the trio bands together---despite initial conflict---it results in one amazing journey! Dove approved. Rated PG. Approx. 90 minutes.

This is not a children's movie and should be rated 14A not PG. The terminally ill boy, Seamus, gets involved with James (who is a runaway rebellious teenager) and Derry (who is involved with the IRA). Derry, is found by Seamus and James, has a head injury and wound on his left side. Seamus assumes he must be Jesus. Derry is actually on the run/hiding and is trying to kill some and some are trying to kill him. Ends up Derry gets shot and falls dead,in the boat that Seamus and James end up drifting away in. Seamus dies drifting in the boat with dead Derry on his lap. I never could figure out what the "48 Angels" meant; except maybe they were the flying geese???? What a sick movie!!!!
