Ivor Powell (1910-1998) was a pictoral preacher; that is, he took a passage of Scripture, expounded on it, and painted a "picture" of the event so that the reader/listener could "see" what had happened.It was my personal privilege to have had him as a dear friend; also that I typed over 40 manuscripts bearing his name. He was an extraordinary evangelist who would take an obscure person from the Bible and make that person "come alive."I would rate "Honey from the Rock" 5 stars!
