I really thought this would be a commentary with good valuable outlines, but it really isn't. Basically, it is just a bunch of sermon manuscripts put together by various authors and the outline form is not really that helpful. You can write your own manuscripts using The Outline Bible or your own outlines to put together your own better quality product. This is the reason why I gave it a half star and why I don't own the resource anymore.
