This story started out fine. After the main character falls ill there seems to be "holes" in the story as far as he is concerned. The viewer is led to believe he has cancer and then we don't see him again until he walks away at the end. I liked the characters and the acting was good. I just felt like something was missing.

Awesome movie that really makes an impact. Every christian should really see this movie! Shows how to really live like Christ would live and how much of an impact you can really have on the world.

This was a very good movie. Not at all what I was expecting. I was very impressed with how the movie had me thinking about ways that we can all start "standing up" for our beliefs. I've shared this with some friends who liked it just as much as I did.

WWJD: What Would Jesus Do is one of my family's favorite movies. The message is so important and riveting to a true Christian. It's a movie for encouraging Christians to be more like Jesus, rather than a witnessing tool. We watch it periodically for it's inspirational message, to be more humble and encouraging and compassionate in our Christian walk.

Was really disappointed in this film. The movie has a good story line, but the acting was horrible. The only good acting was done by John Schneider and he isn't in a big chunk of the middle of the film. My family had problems just staying awake watching the whole movie. Will not recommend buying this to anybody, but okay to watch once.

Maybe this movie was simply inspired by those neat "What Would Jesus Do?" bracelets, or maybe it was inspired simply by the book In his Steps by Charles Sheldon, (never read that. I might have to add that to my list of books lol) but I'd like to believe it was inspired by a little bit of both; at least as far as I could tell. WWJD? is a movie which obviously asks the question "What Would Jesus Do?", but it's a bit more than just that really.
WWJD? has multiple stories connected together. One story is concerning Reverend Maxwell whose family died, while heading off to a family road-trip together; he has been depressed about it ever since. Another concerns a young musician who is offered a contract from a major record label but is told to pull a Katy Perry. (change tune in order to become famous) The third story concerns mayoral candidate Alex York who, at any cost, wants to win the election and be the savior of Raymond by destroying Reverend Maxwell's church in order to build a casino hotel. These three stories come together thanks to an unknown hermit who appears in town asking for work and is greatly mistreated for it, but he is more than he seems to be...
I really liked the music played by John Schneider and Adam Gregory. They were really good and I hope to hear more from John and Adam someday. In regard to the whole "WWJD?" campaign I'll say this: if you actually think about that question (not dismissing it as unrealistic fluff) and take it seriously to some degree, I don't find anything wrong with telling others to follow in Jesus' example as long as it is actually Jesus' example and not an overzealous Pharisaic misinterpretation of it lol; the movie promoted the "WWJD?" idea decently I felt. The antagonist Alex York had up and down moments where either I imagined "wow he makes a good villain, that guy is evil!" (introduction to his plan in "saving the town") or where I thought "ok that's a little over dramatic" (apple scene with the publisher). The other down for me was I felt things ended a bit too well. I mean yeah I like happy endings at times but it didn't seem realistic enough for me for certain moments. Overall it wasn't a bad movie you'll like it especially if you like country music.

The movie was excellent and touching. I was touched by the movie. The message is very timely. It is very much worth of watching. It deals with what most the people are experiencing and at the same time, the people are led to trust Jesus. It also deals with following Jesus example in making decisions. I definitely will give this DVD as a gift to friends since it can touch the people's hearts.
