PSAge: 55-65Gender: Female5 Stars Out Of 5June 6, 2009PSAge: 55-65Gender: FemaleThis review was written for Success God's Way: Achieving True Contentment and Purpose. This is the 1st of about 10 Stanley books I own, and it is still my favorite by far. Whether newly retired, stay-at-home, college, etc., it helps to define whatever you next goal might be, and how to achieve it in a God-fashioned life. I've been using this book with my Christian counselor to help me define my goals as a new (and totally lost) retiree. I am also giving to a Christian fried retiring from the Navy, going into the "real world". Includes defining goals, money, roadblocks, attitude, time, negatives, procrastination. I wish I could explain it better, because this is one of my favorite books, I have found it very inspirational. It is full of margin notes, highlights, bent corners, and paper stickies. I often just open it up and read from whatever page I land on. It helps to remind me that, no matter where we are, no matter what we do, we need to do it God's Way. This book is a great reminder of that as we go through our day.

Rebecca5 Stars Out Of 5Choose Success!October 4, 2011RebeccaQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This review was written for Success God's Way: Achieving True Contentment and Purpose.Success God's Way is an excellent book on showing success in the life of a believer. Dr. Stanley teaches us that it will come by trusting God and following His lead wherever He calls you. He also explains to us how to let God direct our path to our goals. This is truly an inspiring book and will be one that you'll refer back to for years to come! Dr. Stanley is a very motivating preacher! He gives us principles for living godly and then challenges us to grow deeper in our Christian walk. I highly recommend him and any of his books!
