I was given the VCR version of this some years ago and I was impressed totally. This was my first contact with J.Maxwell and I have not turned back since then. Owning the written version is an advantage. J.Maxwell is definitely the best motivator on the planet.

At our church, we've just begun leadership training for our new leaders. While preparing for my fourth year in Bible College, one of our textbooks for leadership development is Maxwell's 21 Laws of Leadership. So I decided to get a head start into the textbook and to teach our new church leaders some of the values I was learning from the book. My heart was broken before the Lord while reading Maxwell's 21 Irrefutable Laws which exposed some things that have really blessed me. I've since made the study my personal journey of self improvement. I praise the Lord for Maxwell's practical and biblical observations and insights.
