One reviewer said the book was too technical using doctrinal jargon. I didn't have that reaction at all. Even if a word is unfamiliar it's easy to use a dictionary to look it up! This charming and informative Christmas devotional will brighten your holiday season, and cause you to reflect on the awesomeness of the Incarnation!

Each year I like to read Christmas books that are new so the Christmas story will remain fresh and applicable.

The freshness of this book was lost in that it was too difficult to follow

While the cover is pretty and the pages are durable and clean (enough white space) giving a pleasant presentation...

I was put off by the first day's reading because the reading is complicated with too many doctrinal words. I had to reread each section more than once to follow it and was still overwhelmed.

I've got a college education and I read a lot , and study the Bible in depth, but still found the more than ample information too much for the average reader. I would definitely not give it as a gift, to anyone other than a Pastor or Bible scholar.

I believe Hank has a lot of good information to share if only he would have put it in an easier to understand language

I chose not to finish the book, in fact didn't finish the first section.
