Excellent resource for those about to be married or those long married!! I've found that men would often rather listen to a CD than read a book. CD's also allow a couple to listen together & to discuss various topics right on the spot. You will learn a lot about the opposite gender, but you'll also learn a lot about yourself~ Worth every penny.

I got this for my husband as part of the curriculum of the small group he is in. He's not much of a reader, so the audio books are so helpful! The book has been very informative to him and has inspired some great conversation about the topics afterwards.

I have read almost all of the two books (For Men Only and For Women Only) because I wanted to follow up on a conference my wife and I went to. I found both of them to be "right on". We have been married for quite a few years and I feel it gave me a better insight into my wife's thinking/ emotions. We have given them to one of our sons and his wife to read, then they will pass them on to the other son and wife. Super books! My wife wants a chance to read them sometime, too.

First of all, a great book (4.5 stars for the book). I'm giving the audio CD a 4 stars simply because the CD's keep falling out of the case. Since they don't stay attached, I end up scratching them ever so slightly if I'm not careful.The book didn't get 5 stars even though it was very good. I'm very displeased with a slight undertone which I understood to mean that it's mostly the guy's fault/responsibility that the woman in their life is unhappy (which is understandable since the book is one-sided).I was absolutely aghast to learn that most women keep mental archives of what you say to them. This is something every well-meaning guy needs to read.
