Sometimes we need to take a step back and really look at who we are and how we are treating the ones we love - this CD teaches you how to do this and start changing behavior to really enjoy life with your spouse and everyone else you care about.

my husband is not much of a reader so it was great that I was able to introduce the audio CD while working on a project together. Later that evening we discused our love languages and which one of our love languages shouted "I Love You". Ever since then we have been better able to fill eachother's love tank on a regular basis.

I wish I had this book/CD early in my marriage. It gave me insight into my spouse as well as myself and the family I was raised in. I give this book as a gift to all newly married family and friends. The audio version seems to appeal to men. They can listen in the car on their daily commute.

This CD gives us an idea of what we need to do (and there were some things I was already doing)in regards to making your marriage more fulfilling and ways to understand what type person your spouse is and how to apply the given info for each type. I'd say it was pretty good.
