This is a book/cd that every parent should go through with their teen. This is a book that every adult no matter where in their path they are at, whether they have made great choices or not can benefit from. There are many areas in our lives and there has to be one that can use improvement and if you are tired of where you are at in that area and want to get serious about changing it, then this is the book for you. I will be buying it for my children and grandchildren. We must learn to live with a purpose not just allow life to happen...
