This book speaks to your soul and heart. Anyone struggling with any type of eating disorder or self esteem issue this is the book for you. Its straight to the point and not sugar coated. it was a big help for me and it can be for you too.

My 15 year old daughter is struggling with Anorexia. She is very much enjoying Natalie Grant's writing style and feels very encouraged by this book.

Wow! And once again, I say wow! This was one of those books that I really had a very difficult time putting down. Throughout a lot of the book, I had to wonder if it was still talking about Natalie, or if it was really talking about me. This is definitely a MUST READ for any girl struggling with perfectionism and/or self-image issues, whatever they may be. Very good book Natalie! God has definitely blessed you and I am so thankful for that!

This book was very helpful in showing me the girl that God sees. It showed me that I am not the only one who is struggling with my self image.
