This book goes hand in hand with another Chicken Soup book: Think Positive for Great Health. It's divided into various sections, including, The Power of Attitude, The Power of Persevering, The Power of Relaxing, The Power of Gratitude and many more. It's no secret that a positive attitude goes a long way in helping us deal with many aspects of life. The beautifully told stories in this volume are definite proof of that.

What I appreciate most about all Chicken Soup books is that they're full of uplifting short stories, that you can enjoy reading to yourself or reading out loud to family members or even your students. I remember taking a course a few years back. At the end of it the professor read us a fitting Chicken Soup story which had most of us in tears.

No matter if you've read every Chicken Soup book or never picked one up, this is one you will want put on your 'keeper' shelf. We all need a little 'pick-me-up' from time to time; this can be it.

    Disclosure:

In exchange for an honest review I was provided with a complimentary copy of this book by Shelton Interactive and Simon and Schuster Canada.
