The first half of the book is very hard hitting and really wakes the christian up to all that Christ endured and did for us. As for me personally it drove me to my knees thanking God for what He did. The last half of the book was alright. It focused more on the argument of did Christ exist so I personally found it dry. However I highly recommend this book to all it's well worth the price and time you invest in reading it.

Another great book on the Cross by Kennedy and Newcombe. Reads great with their masterpiece Cross Purposes. If you enjoy reading about the Cross, this book is for you.
