Barbour Publishing Everybody's Suspect in Georgia

Psychologist Julie West and Pastor James Burton always seem to find themselves at the wrong place and the wrong time-together. They first meet as they arrive at Palm Island and discover their host, Roger Harden, dead from a gunshot wound. Just as romance develops between this unlikely pair, the body of a second mutual acquaintance is found, murdered, on the floor of room 623 in the prestigious Cartledge Inn. While on an Antarctic cruise, the warmth of romance turns to ice against the undertow of Burton's deep, dark secrets. Can these Georgia residents-turned-amateur-sleuths set their chilly feelings aside long enough to solve yet another murder of a beloved mutual friend?

I appreciate using no foul language. Easy to resolve the mystery early in the story, disappointing. Easy reading, vacation type book.

I would highly recommend this book to you if you like
Christian fiction with a little mystery thrown in and a lot of
dry humor. The first story is a little less exciting but the other
two more than make up for it. (It is three books in one)

I just love the style of writing of this Author. It was humorous with the characters just right for sleuths. I couldn't put it down and was constantly surprised by the twists and turns. Too, I liked the fact that one story ran into another. The ending was just right!

Though the development of characters is slow, you are kept guessing to the end with several suspects to review to the end.

The Stories are good, they get you thinking and because it contains 3 shortish stories it takes no time to get into it. I Really enjoyed this book and am sad I have finished it!! The Characters are good and the twists are in there to not make it easy to figure out who did the Murders.
It was a book I did not want to put down.

I really enjoyed the book. it kept me interested. i loved the smart remarks Juli would make and Burton just understood her. I thought they would get together after each story, but it led you on to the next story. I had trouble putting it down many times

It is a fun reading that holds your interest until the end and then leaves you feeling entertained. The sisters are all that sisters should be.

I've read several of these mystery collections and this wouldn't be classed as my favorite. Interesting characters and plots but the flow between the stories just wasn't there. First story was definitely the best but the others needed more character and background development. Julie's faith, though an integral part of the story, was more implied than explained. The characters in the third story just appeared without the stage being set and left you wondering who they were or why it mattered.
