The underlying theme in all three stories was the fact that we, as Christians MUST remember to put God first above all else and to always go to HIM for HIS and not want our own will.
While I was reading this book, God was able to help me through some of my own issues, when I realized that I needed to let go and let HIM guide my life.

Three well-written stories by three different writers. Enjoyed each one with its unique character development, writing style, plot... and of course, encouragement to walk the walk with Christ.

Well, I loved this book that includes A Daughter's Quest by Lena Dooley Nelson, especially the hero, Hans Van de Kieft. He reminded me so much of my own character, Johan, and I told my husband that Hans could have been like a great-grandson. This character is so well fleshed out, even though this is just a little bit shorter than a standard historical fiction. And Constance was a sweet and sympathetic heroine.
There is a reason why Lena Nelson Dooley’s tagline is "Characters Who Grip Your Heart", because hers do! She knows her characters and develops them fully. Also, her voice is really lovely and soothing.
Laurie Alice Eakes and Lisa Harris, Like Lena Dooley Nelson, are also multi-published and award winning authors. A great read and terrific value for the reader.

all 3 stories were very well written and just when you think the gold does not exist, it is found in the most unusual place.
