Easter has so many different colors, sounds, and images. The bright illustrations and words in this book help young children connect objects and symbols of Easter with faith concepts. The familiar images and simple text in Things I See at Easter nurture children's faith development and help them feel included in worship. Designed to assist parents and teachers as they help young children identify and understand what happens in church, children will see Jesus at the center of the worship experience, understand the significance of the worship experience, and feel a part of the worshipping community. Also, this board book is sturdy enough to withstand wear and tear from active toddlers. Recommended for ages 1 to 4.

Great Resource for Lutheran Parents and Churches
Date:June 19, 2012
This is an excellent resource produced by a Lutheran publishing company for explaining the seasons of the church year to toddlers. It is one of a series of board books by this author which explain practices of the Lutheran church to its smallest members. I highly recommend it for Lutheran families or for Lutheran churches to provide in busy bags or the like for toddlers and preschoolers during the church service.
