Reformation Heritage / Soli Deo GloriaThe Almost Christian Discovered
John MacArthur writes the introduction to this classic Puritan work which addresses the issue of antinomianism. While "cheap grace" and "easy-believism" are newer terms, this concept is not. Matthew Mead insists that one cannot have the benefits of salvation without the obligations to upright character and moral living.

I appreceate the boldness that Mead brings to us about the fact we get complaceant with out faith and beliefs. Explaining how we must go all the way for Christ or we miss the mark. Coming to the Cross but looking at it from afar, I believe, is the same as not coming at all.
