I am using the SpellWell books while tutoring my dyslexic grandson with the Orton-Gillingham approach. The SpellWell lessons employ spelling patterns so students can learn to spell multiple words using a repeated pattern. It really helps in retaining information. The activities for reinforcement have good variety and employ higher thinking skills to keep students engaged. This system was also used in my previous school with great success.
