Sheed & Ward Adult Children Adult Choices: Outgrowing Codependency

Mary Ramey provides hope for the millions of people who have identified themselves as codependent: it's not a disease and it's not forever!

Viewing codependency from the perspective of normal human development, Ramey describes how we can get stuck or sidetracked along the way. Best of all, she provides a roadmap which lets us know: where we are in the course of development, where we're headed, and how to get to where we want to be. 154 pages, softcover.

Ms. Ramey was ahead of her time. The logical organization makes it easy for anyone to see exactly where and how codependency began, as well as how to get back on track. (Might it be time for a second edition? I would assume that if she was seeking her doctorate in 1992 (publication date), she probably earned it by now.)
