My daughter is a 12 year old 6th grader at a large public middle school. Although she and I have had many frank conversations, and we are very comfortable discussing issues related to puberty and sex, I wanted a guide to ensure these conversations were based on scripture. I was a little surprised at a few of the topics but quickly realized this is the age for education! I want my daughter to hear everything from me first, and so many middle school students are experimenting at an earlier age. This book offers the perfect blend of information and scripture without being overly graphic or "sexual". I am very happy with this book and reccomend it to all parents. I do caution you to read it together and offer guidance when purchasing this book for girls, like mine, who are younger than the intended age group of 13-15.
