I did this series with my daughter when she was 10 and I was very pleased with them. To fond a godly perspective on female puberty was really a God send. When my daughter started changing I used the mom's guide for ideas on gifts and special outings. Thank you Julie Hiramine for writing such special books!

Simply put, I love that Beautifully Made doesn't give the sex talk. Most books on a daughters development do. BM is positive, mom-daughter designed, and doesn't give TMI on everything else. Totally a safe read with my young one.

My daughter loved going through the first book. I read the entire parent book before going through the first book with her. It takes the intimidation out of talking about this material with your child. I haven't read the second book to her yet because she hasn't reached the point in her development at which the second book is to be read to her according to the author.

This set of three books is a great resource for moms and daughters. It's hard to find books on the subject of maturing into womanhood without them painting a negative picture. This book really celebrates the changes and I love that. These books are also really practical. They each give advice specific to what's going on at that particular time. Highly recommended!

My mom did Beautifully Made with me several years ago and I loved it. It was written in such a fun, understandable way, I am so glad I did it. I would highly recommend it for educational mom and daughter time.
