Pamela Blackshire5 Stars Out Of 5August 31, 2007Pamela BlackshireThis is a very doctrinally sound Bible study program. The chapters are broken down into smaller verse-by-verse lessons. Each lesson is short, but packed with valuable information making it easier for the students to understand the truths of God's Word, without overwhelming them. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who wishes to learn more about God's Word.

lyndeAge: 35-44Gender: Female5 Stars Out Of 5a great Bible study bookJuly 2, 2014lyndeAge: 35-44Gender: FemaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I am pleased with the layout of this book. It gets into the real "meat" of the word, and causes the student to dig for answers. I like the format of 5-Day lessons plus end-of-lesson notes. I like that each weekly lesson includes memory verse recommendations that are flexible depending on how much the teacher wishes to assign. My daughter, age 12, has been doing well with it, though we have found we need to sometimes split up "days" in the lesson plan since it can be a bit much for one day for a 12-year-old. Very pleased.

RiyaMarylandAge: 35-44Gender: female1 Stars Out Of 5Not for a middle school childOctober 21, 2014RiyaMarylandAge: 35-44Gender: femaleQuality: 1Value: 1Meets Expectations: 1This book is not what I expected. I delayed my review because I wanted to give this book a fair chance, however I am sorely disappointed. In the front of the book it states that the Scripture quotations are taken from the New King James Version, not true. I have tried to match the Scripture up with several different versions to find the answer and none work, Therefore making the interpretation difficult and almost impossible to get the answer. I don't normally go by how my child feels about a curriculum, but she does not like it, nor do I.
