After my son Chad was killed by a hit and run driver in 2009, I needed answers. Pastor Bell is the only pastor who has really helped me. I firmly believe that Father sent him to me because of this. I begged Father to help me through the initial, horrifying pain. Then Rob Bell's Love Wins came out. I can't tell you how his book saved me. This Nooma series is a further great help. I am learning now to forgive my son's killer and to set myself free into the love and forgiveness of Jesus. Thank you Rob Bell for helping me.

JD Lopez
Rob Bell does a great job of relating scriptures to every day life. He uses parables of the Bible and explains them in terminology for today's people. He may not go deep into the scriptures, but he keeps it simple and short. It is great for our small group and strikes up great discussions. He references bible verses in the videos along with great video effects. If you don't need the booklets, this is the one to purchase. I gave it only four stars because I still think for $99, plus shipping, the booklets should be included. But, this is Rob's way of life, so he needs to make a living also.
