An extremely useful book! It's very easy to read (it's written by a High School teacher) considering it goes into some pretty deep topics! I have read it over and over again! It has very relevant information that is written in a way that isn't boring!

It is rare for an apologetic book to cover the range of topics addressed in this book, especially for its intended audience of young adults and their parents. Chapters after the introduction are: 2 Are You Ready to Defend Your Faith? 3 What is a Wordview? 4 Does Evolution Explain the World? 5. Does Creation Explain the World? 6 What are Humans? 7 Is the Bible True? 8 What is the Cannon? 9 Was Noah's Flood a True Worldwide Event? 10 What about Dinosaurs? 11 Did Jesus Really Exist? 12 What about Jesus' Death, Resurrection, and Their Effects? 13 What is Postmodernism and the New Tolerance? 14 How Can We Witness Effectively Today?

The author's success in keeping the reader interested, but not overwhelmed, is probably a result of teaching high school religion classes for many years. About 150 pages with wide margins. The book contains 191 endnotes, including C. S. Lewis, Chuck Colson, Michael Behe, Ken Ham, John Sanford and many others. Perhaps the best apologetic book for non-theologians printed by Concordia Publishing. I did not notice any particularly Lutheran theology, so it should be a good book selection for any Christian.
