If our churches would have this culture of honor, people would want to come and be a part of this place of respect, genuine care and honor. This would change our communities, cities and world if we lived with this Biblical pattern. A must read for every pastor and church leader.

At last. . .the reason revealed for the weakness of the typical pastor-dominated church environment: an inordinate focus on the people. Danny uses his story-telling gift to introduce and compare how a five-fold gift ministry environment keeps the church's focus on God while still attending to the needs of the people. A truly amazing (and fun) read that will have the reader searching for an opportunity to be a part of such an environment.
