After questioning teachers, tutors, and others for ideas on helping me with my child, I have finally found a resource that is useful, to the point, and actually helpful! I would recommend teachers give this to every parent who needs better strategies for working with their kids. It will certainly help the kids excel and feel better about themselves and learning.

Simply Great! Tutoring with TLC is the ONLY book geared toward average parents seeking to tutor and make lesson time inspired, effective and FUN for their children. This handy, well organized gem compiles tons of tips, games and ideas. It is a succinct listing of what works and how to make it happen in your own home! Shes my teaching hero and mentor and more importantly my childrens they cant get enough of her ideas! She will be yours tooRead it to believe it! Enhancing and broadening a childs horizons with a bonafide expert holding your hand takes all of the trepidation and fears away. T.L.Chilver gives inspirational, stimulating and thrilling learning ideas while keeping it easy and practical and its all crunched into just over 100 pages! This incredible book shares tutoring tips, insights, and techniques. No longer must parents flounder and fall prey to the humdrum trap of profit driven learning centers and children be plagued by chapters of activity books. No longer must we be told that someone else is more qualified or can tutor our child better than we can.
