As someone from a protestant background taking Ignation exercises, I found this book a clear and very helpful guide. It has lots of examples of how the journaling is to be done and how to be mindful of our feelings and of Christ in each situation throughout the day. Many years of experience has brought us this thoughtful book on the exercises. This book helps bring the Ignation tradition to people who have had no background or teaching in this area. Thank you Mr Wakefield!
