I have not really read it all yet, but is there two more volumes to complete the collection of all his teachings and sermons. They seem kind of brief, I guess I expected more. I will enjoy his work anyway.

Very good value for the price. The articles are the perfect size for reading as a devotional every morning. Mr. Tozer is very challenging - a 'man of the hour' for a sleepy church.

Found the books that I ordered to be of better quality (construction-wise) than expected. My daughter saw them and sat and read for the evening while visiting and said she was going to order a set for herself.
These books were more reasonably priced than Amazon. I do a lot of business with Amazon also.

Dr. Tozer speaks with straight-forward , no diversion from Scriptural Truths. There is no hint of denominational-ism in his writings. I am impressed with all his writings; however, especially with his insights on the Person and the work of the Holy Spirit. He writes how Christendom today has made so many errors in their appropriation of the Holy Spirit in so many churches today.
He speaks so as to convict the reader(as me) in so many of his writings and in many areas of our Christian walks. Dr. Tozer clearly has done a masterful work in these two volumes.

I've just started to read these books and I am simply amazed. I've ready many books in my life but there are only a few books which when you read them something is thrilling in your heart!.

I enjoy spending time with this man and listening (so to speak) to what he has to say about God and His word. Reading Mr. Tozers work has helped me to have a greater love and appreciation for my Heavenly Father. And as far as being dogmatic, the man that lead me to the LORD back in 1971 was dogmatic to say the least. But you know what, because T. D. obeyed Jesus' command, and by the daily witness of God, the HOLY SPIRIT, I know that my name is written in THE BOOK of LIFE. "Tozer Speaks" has taken it's place on my shelves. It was a good trade.

I highly recommend this book set. It has a lot of shorter writings by Tozer and you can see his depth of spirituality in this set. Some will only read what he writes and take his word for it while others will resound with it, "yes, I've been there, too." I find his writings to be that way. Get it and go to it, there's so much in here and it's a great value. Can't recommend it enough.

Tozer always makes for compelling reading and challenges us to a deeper relationship with God. His prophetic word is even more relevant today than when he first wrote it. Only problem was that this is what used to be called "The Tozer Pulpit" which I already had, so I passed this on to my son for his spiritual nourishment.
