I was suprised bu Boice's commentary. It is clear and easy to read. If you are looking for a technical comentary this is not it. It is devotional in nature. This is a good comentary to recomend to even lay members as it doesnt bog down in details so much that you feel lost in the commentary. I as a pastor enjoy it because it serves as good overview into the text I am studying that week. It is true to the text, and not afraid to tackle the hard issues that one might ask in a passage.
