40 lessons will bring students from Bible beginners to a certified Master Explorer! Lessons include references to the sold-separately ACSI Life of Christ CD-ROM, though many of the activities can still be completed with resources in the back of the textbook. A lesson text is centered on a scripture passage with new words bolded; personal application/discussion questions are provided, and assignments and quizzes are given with references to where in the text or CD-ROM they're found. "Links to follow" and "just for fun" sections provide instructions on what portion of the CD-ROM to visit, while a multiple-choice quiz completes the lesson.

Jesus and the writers of the Gospels are introduced in the beginning of the text, as lessons move through the New Testament, including Christ's birth and baptism, miracles, sayings, events with his disciples, the Sermon on the Mount, and his crucifixion. The second half of the book contains most resources that are found on the CD-ROM. 400 pages, softcover.
