I thought it is just another testimony book about the author. I was thinking to give my friend who is experiencing the some physical and emotional suffering. I have read some of books about suffering, but it is better. It explains clear and deep about suffering, not just theory.

When friends are going through trials, consoling them or offering aid doesn't always ease their pain. This book can give a good deal of understanding to someone who wants to help. A friend of mine has been suffering for most of her life from a variety of losses. I needed something substantial to help me help her. This book helped me understand ways in which I might do so.

THIS BOOK IS AN EXCELLENT READ FOR ANYONE THAT IS GOING THROUGH A BATTLE, VALLEY OR STRUGGLE OF ANY KIND. TOO OFTEN WE FIND OURSELVES ALL ALONE IN OUR BATTLES, MUCH LIKE JOB IN THE OLD TESTAMENT, BUT AS "UNMAPPED DARKNESS" SHOWS US, WE ARE NEVER ALONE... GOD IS WITH US JUST AS HE PROMISED HE WOULD BE.
