Media Talk 101 Captivated: Finding Freedom in a Media-Captive Culture--DVD

What do we do about the technology, the virtual world that constantly surrounds us? Is it a great leap in productivity, or a setback from everything meaningful in life? Listen in as media experts, church leaders, and individuals and families from across the country examine whether technology makes our experience richer and deeper or more shallow and artificial. Bonus features include over two hours of extras, extended interviews, a word from the producer, and more. Recommended for ages 10+. Approx. 107 minutes.

This DVD is extremely well done! It is very interesting and compelling. I know teens & adults who have watched it, enjoyed themselves and been surprised when it was over. It is not judgmental but inspiring! I would highly recommend it to anyone!!! Get it... You'll be glad you did! :)

Thought-provoking, compelling and convicting. The evidence presented should be thoughtfully considered by everyone in this media-saturated age we live in. Although the film does drag on slightly toward the end, it is worth sitting through. We watched it as a family. I would recommend for ages 12 or 13 and above.
